Tucksy can help you think through general sleep patterns, but it cannot assess your baby medically.

10. Refunds

Our refund policy is as follows:

• If you purchase a digital product and access it immediately, you may lose your right to cancel once delivery begins, where permitted by law.
• Subscription refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis unless a specific refund guarantee is stated at checkout.
• We do not usually provide refunds for failure to use a product, forgetting to cancel a subscription or deciding the product is no longer needed after access has been provided.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
